Writer's Block

Good things come to those who wait, right? Well I've been waiting for a while, and I haven't gotten a good thing just yet. You see I've been brainstorming for a story/series idea for quite some time now, and so far I have nada; no ideas whatsoever.

I've recently begun to acquire a lot of spare time on my hands, and I've been looking for a project or hobby to take up my time that isn't being already taken up by coaching cheerleaders and job hunting for some kind of part time employment. So writing, which I haven't done in years, seems like a pretty creative way to take up what time I have, and in the process help my brain keep itself stimulated with coming up with and writing new twists and creating characters.

The only problem is that I haven't the SLIGHTEST idea of what to write about. Before, I used to write a lot...I mean a LOT. But that was a long time ago, and I haven't written anything since; no poetry, no short (or long) stories, and no inspiration for either of which.

I needed something to get my creative juices flowing and help clear my head, so I figured I would blog about it as blogging REALLY helps put my mind at ease. Hopefully in the process of blogging, I'll find some type of inspiration to start writing some story and create a new blog to share it!

Well, my head is all empty now, and I do believe I'm about to get back to brainstorming again...I think I may have a story idea and plot line yet! Victory!!!
